1、 Batching station

1. Replacement and maintenance of cylinder

First, remove the two air pipes (in case of air in the air pipes, pay attention to air bleeding first or fold the air pipes reversely when removing them), and then remove the two bolts of the cylinder tailstock and piston rod to move the cylinder out. If there is air leakage, consider whether the piston ring is worn. At this time, the connecting bolts at the cylinder piston should be removed and replaced.

2. Replacement of discharge door

In general, when the discharge door is worn to the leakage of aggregate, the steel plate can be welded to the bottom. If you want to replace it as a whole, first remove the connection of the cylinder, pull out the cotter pin and pin shaft at both ends of the rotating hub, and then remove the door. The worn bushing can also be replaced at this time.

3. Replace the sensor

The measuring bucket should be hoisted with chain block to prevent mechanical damage to other sensors when it is forced to twist. After replacement, connect the grounding wire to the grounding terminal.

4. Maintenance

Check the working condition of each solenoid valve regularly, check whether there is air leakage in the air pipe and air pipe joint. If it is replaced, keep the compressed air dry, and regularly drain water to the air compressor and oil-water separator.

2、 Belt conveyor

1. Driving device

When the belt reducer of the electric mixer is used, it is necessary to observe whether the belt drive device of the motor drive drum is used for the third time.

2. Upper and lower idlers

The bearings in the upper and lower idlers are built-in and do not need grease.

3. Sweeper

The sweeper can be divided into head sweeper and tail sweeper according to its installation position. Its function is to prevent the aggregate and other foreign matters from entering the tension drum and breaking the belt.

(1) The rear sweeper is installed near the rear wheel. Its working principle is to clean the aggregates and stones inside the belt by the rubber scraper on the sweeper to prevent them from entering the tension drum.

Regularly check the working condition of sweeper scraper. If the scraper is not close to the inside of the belt or the scraper of the sweeper has little contact with the belt, loosen the fixing screw on its position and lower the position as required. Check the rubber plate of the sweeper every week to ensure that it is in full contact with the belt to prevent the angle between the steel plate and the belt, which can prevent the belt from wearing.

(2) The head sweeper is installed at the drive end of the belt conveyor, which is the head of the belt conveyor; its function is to remove the aggregate, sand and other debris on the attached belt to ensure the cleanness of the belt.

When installing the heavy hammer sweeper, pay attention to adjust the position of the balance weight: make the pressure of the scraper as small as possible. Since the heavy hammer sweeper cleans the belt through the rubber scraper, it is necessary to observe the wear of the rubber during daily maintenance and adjust the rubber plate in time.

4. Adjustment of belt tension

(1) Adjustment of flat belt

Adjust and adjust the tensioning device under the working state, so that the displacement amount of each side bracket is the same.

(2) Adjustment of feeding belt

The proper tension is achieved when the belt does not slip on the front wheels. Pay attention to the belt is too tight will cause roller bearing stress disorder, easy to wear and power consumption.

5. Adjustment of belt deviation

Belt deviation is a common fault during belt transportation. In order to solve these problems, attention should be paid to the dimensional accuracy of installation and routine maintenance. There are many reasons for deviation, which should be dealt with according to different reasons.

Adjust the bearing idler group: when the belt of the belt conveyor deviates in the middle of the whole belt conveyor, the position of the idler group can be adjusted to adjust the deviation; during manufacturing, the mounting holes on both sides of the idler group are processed with long holes for adjustment. The specific method is that the belt is inclined to that side, then the side of the idler group moves forward towards the belt forward direction, or the other side moves backward. If the belt deviates upward, the lower part of the idler group should move to the left, and the upper part of the idler group should move to the right.

3、 Maintenance of the main building

1. Maintenance of main engine

(1) Check the oil supply and air supply of the main engine regularly, which is very important for the life of the main engine

(2) When cleaning the main engine, do not use water to wash the electrical components and connecting bags of the mixer

(3) Clean the inside of the main engine regularly to remove the concrete adhered to the inner wall and mixing shaft

3. Maintenance of pneumatic actuator

Often check the implementation of pneumatic actuator of concrete mixing equipment, check whether the connection is loose and whether there is leakage. These components are pneumatic, if not, check the air circuit and circuit first.
