Matters needing attention in wiring debugging of concrete mixing station

Author: admin Release time: December 17, 2017 Number of visits:

After the main equipment of the concrete mixing station is installed, it needs wiring debugging. In the wiring debugging stage, we must grasp the debugging of each component, because it may "pull one engine and move the whole body". Therefore, in the process of installation and commissioning of concrete mixing plant, it is very important to grasp the details. So, what matters should be paid attention to when the concrete mixing station is connected and debugged?

1. Before the commissioning of concrete mixing plant, first check whether the power supply voltage and capacity meet the requirements, whether there is leakage protection device, whether the equipment has short circuit and leakage, and there shall be no sundries in the mixing drum and on the belt conveyor.

2. During the test run, it is required that the miscellaneous personnel leave the site. One of the commissioning personnel shall operate, the other shall observe the implementation of each mechanism, and the two must ensure good communication.

3. When adjusting the belt conveyor deviation, the body should be as far away from the body as possible. When adjusting other facilities, the power supply should be cut off, and special personnel should be assigned to take care of it. When adjusting and repairing the gas path, the compressed air should be vented after power failure, which will cause danger.

4. Each time the concrete mixing plant equipment must ring the bell for warning, and the inspection personnel can start it after inspection.

5. When the concrete mixing plant is shut down or overhauled, the material shall not be stored in the hopper, so as to prevent the air pressure from falling into the main machine, causing unnecessary trouble and danger.
