Commissioning instructions for various systems of concrete mixing plant

Through the commissioning of the assembled concrete mixing plant, the mixing plant can complete the production of concrete normally.

1. Electronic scale debugging

According to the electronic measurement range, add weights to check (20% 40% 60% 80% 100%), and adjust the accuracy by adjusting the resistance.

(1) Aggregate:

The range is 0-2500kg

The error is equal to or less than ± 2%

(2) Water and additives:

Range 0-400kg 1-100kg

The error is equal to or less than ± 1%

2. Gas system

Add 10 mechanical oil into the oil mist atomizer, start the air compressor, adjust the pressure reducing valve to keep the system pressure at about 0.5-0.8mpa, and check whether there is oil leakage in each gas path.

3. Aggregate supply system

When there is no material in the hopper of the concrete batching machine, open and close the belt conveyor for several times to observe whether the conveyor belt is deviated; when the hopper is lifted and lowered for several times without load, whether there is deflection and rail clamping phenomenon in the hopper operation process; whether the opening rail collision device of the hopper operates normally; whether each limit can make the hopper move in the normal position. If any of the above abnormal phenomena are found, adjustment must be made.

After the adjustment is qualified, the machine must be adjusted according to 50%, 75% and 110% of the actual full load before using the machine.

4. Cement (admixture) supply system

At the beginning, the cement silo door should be closed to observe whether the rotation direction of the screw conveyor during idling is consistent with the marked direction, whether there is friction between the spiral blade and the cylinder wall, and whether the vibration of the screw conveyor affects the batching metering system. Check whether the gap between the batching door and the frame is within 5 ~ 10 mm, and check whether the opening and closing of each material door is flexible.

5. Mixing system

Start the concrete mixer, whether the pumping bearing is effective and whether there is abnormal noise in operation. Observe whether the rotation direction is consistent with the marked direction. Open and close the discharge door several times, and observe whether the cylinder action is flexible.

6. Water supply system

Check whether there are impurities in the water tank, turn on the water pump, check whether the rotation direction of the pump motor is consistent with the marked direction, whether the water circuit is leaking, whether the action of starting the butterfly valve is sensitive, and whether the valve is leaking when the valve is closed.

6. Admixture supply system

Whether the running direction of the additive pump is consistent with the marked direction, and whether there is leakage in the delivery pipeline.

7. Electrical system commissioning

(1) Debugging of strong current part

Close the switch in the electrical box and observe whether the electrical system is abnormal, such as abnormal sound, smoke, sparks or peculiar smell.

Select SA3 to manual position, press sb6, the air compressor starts, Hl3 light is on, observe whether the running direction is normal. When the pressure range of the gas path is greater than or equal to 1.0MPa, the compressor will stop automatically and start automatically when the pressure is less than or equal to 0.5MPa. Press the button function indicated by the console to check the action of each solenoid valve and material gate. Press sb5 to stop the air compressor and Hl3 light goes out. Press Sb4, the mixer starts, HL2 light is on, observe the running direction; press Sb3, mixer stops, HL2 light goes out. Press down more, the hl34 is on, the hopper light is on. Click SB32, sbduo, sb34, sb35, 1-4 spiral machines to rotate, and the corresponding indicator lights hl19, hl20, hl21 and hl22 are on, and observe whether the rotation direction is consistent with the mark. Press sb23 to start the additive feed pump and the additive circulating pump to start, and the indicator light hl13 is on. Press sb24 to control the cylinder action of the valve, and the indicator light hl14 is on. Press SB15, the concrete discharge door opens and hl28 lights up. Press sb20, the cement hopper door opens and hl10 lights up. Press sb16, the indicator light hl6 is on, the No.1 aggregate bin is opened, when sb17 is pressed, the indicator light HL7 is on, the No.2 aggregate bin is on, when sb18 is pressed, the indicator light hl8 is on, the No.3 aggregate bin is on, and when sb19 is pressed, the indicator light HL9 is on, and the No.4 aggregate bin is on.

(2) Debugging of Microcomputer

Firstly, select SA3 to the automatic position. At this time, there are two working modes: manual automatic.

Manual: turn on the microcomputer power supply, set the working condition to "manual" and the state to "real weight", corresponding to each serial number function. Press the test key once, pull in the corresponding breaker on the side, and press it again to release.

Automatic: use the function key to input a group or groups of batching values as required, and then input the drop value. After input, make the serial number indicate as a group of proportioning to be carried out, and the working condition indication is automatic. Press the following start key, the running indicator light will be on, and observe whether to mix according to the preset value.

8. No load commissioning

After the commissioning of each unit system, the linkage test run shall be carried out under no-load condition. After the microcomputer is powered on, first turn the control selection switch to the "automatic" position, and the input value of each metering material is zero. After the microcomputer is started, observe the working process of the whole equipment, which shall meet the requirements of the working sequence.

9. Load debugging

After the no-load test run, according to the working conditions, 50% 75% and 110% of the full load shall be loaded for several times to check whether the work is normal.
